- As a mobile practice, Christian Care House Calls is able to serve in a variety of situations. We offer Primary Care to seniors in independent retirement communities as well as assisted living and memory care communities!
SENIORS
Primary care consists of treatment and management of both
acute and chronic illnesses such as:
- Hypertension
- Diabetes
- Congestive Heart Failure
- Depression/Anxiety
- Dementia
- Alzheimer’s Disease
SICK VISITS
- Many of our patients retain their Primary Care physicians, and call us when they sick. We can usually see them much quicker and there’s no leaving the home or waiting in the waiting room!
